In this remote role, you will report to our New Business & Partner Operations.
You will:
Rider-Only Management: Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Rider-Only fleet and ensuring operational targets are met across new markets Vehicle Utilization: Maximize fleet performance and ensure vehicles are being used effectively and efficiently through productive missions and trips Fleet Health: Ensure fleet health & safety by monitoring Rider-Only fleet performance and taking corrective action
Escalation Communication: Support the launch and scaling of Rider Only operations across multiple partner sites, escalating and solving critical issues to ensure continued scaling and mileage collection. Infrastructure Design: Configure all aspects of new infrastructure sites, including implementing necessary coding for the Autonomous Driving Vehicle (ADV) to maneuver efficiently
Problem Solving: Address and solve for any unique site features in coordination with cross-functional subject matter experts. Identify and resolve bottlenecks or automation failures that hinder efficient operations.
You have:
5+ years of experience in operations management, infrastructure development, or related fields, preferably in a technology or automotive industry. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, remaining flexible with the changing needs of the business. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders.

Travel Requirements:
Ability to travel up to 35% of the time or more as needed for business demands. The expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level.
