    Job Description

    Supervisor As a Floor Supervisor, you will lead, develop, and motivate a team of Brand Advocates, ensuring a consistent Best in Class customer

You will assume an active role in the store team's self-development through Division of Responsibility rotations and Position-based training.     Responsibilities:

    • Assist in maximizing sales and achieving store target goals by leading an environment of productivity through ensuring the store team has the knowledge and

In partnership with the store manager, provide leadership to ensure thorough training and ongoing development of store team in customer engagement and all company programs, policies and procedures.

    Partner with Store Manager in achieving all financial and operational objectives including expense control, Loss Prevention, store audits and review weekly reports.

    • Responsible for ensuring that the store’s inventory integrity is maintained Partner with Store Manager on the implementation of visual merchandise directives and maintains standards consistent with the company brand strategies.
