Job Details Job Location: Pinellas Park, FL 33781 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $17.00 - $19.00 Hourly Xcite Automotive is seeking Automotive Senior Detailers for our partner dealers in Tampa, Florida! Job Description: Xcite Automotive seeking an experienced Automotive Senior Detailer to perform high-quality vehicle reconditioning in a fast-paced dealership environment. This role requires advanced detailing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting production and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced interior and exterior automotive detailing

Buffing, polishing, and paint correction Headlight restoration and surface enhancement Interior deep cleaning (carpet extraction, leather/vinyl treatment) Operate detailing equipment safely and efficiently Inspect completed work to ensure dealership quality standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and compliance standards
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Qualifications:

Must-Have Qualifications:

Prior automotive detailing experience (dealership or equivalent)

Experience with buffing and polishing:

Ability to meet physical demands of the role (standing, bending, lifting) Strong attention to detail and quality control Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record Reliable attendance and punctuality

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

Paint correction experience Headlight restoration proficiency Knowledge of detailing chemicals and equipment

Experience working in a high-volume dealership environment:

Ability to train or mentor junior detailers
