Barn Manager - SUMMER 2026 - YMCA Camp Tippecanoe

In search of Barn Manager Rate of Pay $540/week plus room and board

Qualifications:

At least 21 years old High School Diploma or GED Significant experience with horse health, riding, and training

Experience teaching youth:

Horse care

Responsibilities:

• Oversee both the main barn and Lazy T equestrian programs
• Manage the overall health and scheduling of 20 horses
• Manage, lead, and support your staff

Use horses to create impactful programs for kids

• Ensure program safety and progression

Ability to work with all staff as a strong active team member to develop best work practices
