YMCA at Northwest is Now Hiring for Day Camp Counselor Position Type: Part-time (Monday - Friday schedule) Pay Range starts at $14 per hour (or more depending on experience)

As a Day Camp Counselor , you’ll lead campers through fun, engaging activities while ensuring their safety, happiness, and growth. 👉 The Essentials:
Minimum Age: 18 Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience: Previous experience or coursework in childcare or recreation is a plus. Certifications: New Hire Orientation (before your first shift) CPR Pro, First Aid, and AED (within 30 days of hire)
💪 What We’re Looking For:
Enthusiasm, energy, and a love for working with kids. Ability to spend up to nine hours outdoors, leading activities and ensuring campers’ well-being. Strong communication skills and a knack for keeping things fun and safe.
