• Ensure seamless booking experiences by managing reservations and handling modifications or cancellations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hospitality trends, pricing, and promotions.
• Communicate effectively with clients and hospitality partners to ensure a smooth experience.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple client requests.
