Role Overview:
Retül, the global leader in bike fit experiences and technology, is seeking a teammate to elevate our connection and support with our domestic and international bicycle retailers. You will have the opportunity to manage our global retailer relationships. The candidate should enjoy working with people, be detail-oriented, and ready to make a difference in how Retül products are perceived and used.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track the status and activity of our globally installed connected products.
  • Prioritize and conduct sales of Retül products direct to US retailers and wholesale to international markets.
  • Assist with providing marketing/product content to retailers and markets.
  • Under the guidance of our Retül leader, build, monetize, and manage certification and success programs.
  • Collaborate with Specialized University in supporting Retül product education and content.
  • Collect and provide feedback and insights back to Retül Engineering for new features and products.

Qualifications:

  • Prior knowledge of bike fitting and bike fitting retail business, a plus.
  • 1-2 years experience creating and administrating education programs and campaigns.
  • Detail oriented way of working.
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Be collaborative and team oriented.
