Job Description

We’re seeking an ambitious and proactive Business Development Manager to drive sales and strengthen partnerships across the Southeast Region. Ideally based in Orlando, Tampa, or Atlanta, you’ll be responsible for expanding our client's brand presence and building strong relationships with key travel industry partners.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and manage relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and industry professionals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and implement sales strategies to boost revenue.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions and presentations to promote offerings.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry shifts.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, events, and networking opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A proven track record in business development or sales within the travel, cruise, or hospitality sector.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while achieving sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
