Cruise Specialist

Overview:
Do you have a passion for the open seas and love the idea of helping travelers choose the perfect cruise? We are onboarding Cruise Specialists to work remotely with clients and assist them in planning unforgettable cruise vacations. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, client-focused, and excited about learning the ins and outs of various cruise lines and itineraries.

Responsibilities:

• Help clients select cruise lines, itineraries, excursions, and cabins

• Stay updated on cruise promotions, loyalty programs, and seasonal offers

• Assist with booking flights, transfers, and pre/post-cruise accommodations

• Provide information on onboard dining, entertainment, and amenities

• Resolve booking issues and ensure smooth travel experiences

• Manage group cruise requests including weddings and family reunions

• Build long-term relationships with repeat cruise travelers

Qualifications:

• Must reside in USA, UK, Latin America, Australia, or Mexico

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Interest in cruising and ability to quickly learn cruise line offerings

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Previous travel industry or sales experience is helpful but not required
