What Will You Be Doing?
ââThe Manager/Sr. Manager, Pricing & Revenue Management Development and Decision Science supports the strategy, configuration, alignment, and continuous improvement of the systems and optimization models driving Frontier’s revenue production across ticket and ancillary sources, and reports to the Director, Pricing & Revenue Management Development and Decision Science (For Manager Level)/Sr. Director, Ancillary Revenue and Revenue Analytics (For Sr. Manager Level). The Manager/Sr. The manager is responsible for enabling the front-line pricing and revenue management teams’ success by ensuring robust automation support in setting effective pricing and inventory strategies, by identifying opportunities to strengthen Frontier’s total revenue optimization across ticket and ancillary streams, and by maintaining a competitive advantage in the revenue management systems and decision support tools employed by Frontier.â
Essential Functions
ââDevelop and deploy a strategy for pricing and revenue management systems, including strengthened integration across ticket and ancillary revenue streams and effective alignment with key distribution channels
âLead continuous improvement processes for revenue management systems, including ongoing model training/re-training and validation, A/B testing of potential system enhancements, and overall configuration and optimization
âServe as subject matter expert for revenue management algorithms; enhance the broader team’s understanding of core revenue management principles and mathematical models
âDrive optimal revenue performance by employing data science to strengthen pricing and inventory strategies; evolve systems strategy and configuration as necessary in response to changes in the competitive and demand environment
âCollaborate with frontline pricing & revenue management leadership to prioritize and deliver against system-driven revenue improvement initiatives
âCollaborate with technology leadership to craft the development roadmap as related to pricing & revenue management tools, systems and automation

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
ââDemonstrated understanding of economics, airline commercial metrics, pricing & revenue management principles, and distribution platforms
âAdvanced understanding of current and emerging revenue management systems including forecasting algorithms, optimization models, and machine learning/artificial intelligence integration and evolution
âAdvanced analytical and quantitative skills; experience with machine learning models, SQL, Python, JSON and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred
âAbility to build alignment and deliver results across various high-performing revenue generation teams, technology, and third-party business partners
âAbility to structure data-driven analytical approaches across a range of quantitative techniques to solve business problems in an efficient, timely manner
