DescriptionThe individual in this role will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of Gregory's brand and marketing strategy across all owned and partner marketing channels at our headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah. This position requires managing activities in a dynamic environment and plays a crucial role in executing plans across paid and organic social media, email campaigns, website content, ambassador programs, events, product launches, and partnerships.
The Marketing Activation Coordinator must possess strong organizational, collaborative, and detail-oriented skills, along with excellent communication abilities to manage timelines and creative workflows effectively. The ideal candidate should have a passion for the outdoors, a strategic mindset, and the capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while supporting the broader marketing team in communicating our brand story.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the implementation of Gregoryβs annual and seasonal marketing strategy across all brand touchpoints.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and activation across social media, email, website, partnerships, and events.
- Support the planning and execution of go-to-market campaigns for product launches, ambassador stories, and seasonal initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to uphold marketing timelines, assign deliverables, and monitor progress.
- Facilitate the development and distribution of campaign briefs to internal creative, copy, and content departments, as well as external partners.
- Manage and execute Gregoryβs social media calendar, including scheduling, basic content coordination, community engagement, and liaising with paid social agency.
- Assist in the creation and deployment of email marketing campaigns, coordinating copy and assets.
- Help manage ambassador communications and integrate ambassador content across all channels.
- Support marketing activations associated with partnerships and affiliate programs, ensuring timely delivery of campaign materials.
- Plan and oversee key consumer events and brand presence opportunities, including logistics, on-site support, and 1-2 internal company events per year.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with the broader marketing team to assess campaign success and optimize future strategies.
QualificationsQualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree; marketing or communications preferred.
- 3+ years experience in a marketing coordination, brand communications, or project management role.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools (social media, email marketing, campaign tracking).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
- Positive, curious, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Experience with outdoor industry or lifestyle brands a plus.
