Preference will be given to candidates with boating experience and proficiency launching and recovering an outboard vessel.
Requirements:
Employment in this position is contingent upon a satisfactory Level 1 background check at no cost to the candidate.
Position Overview and Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for interviewing anglers at Lake Trafford by asking specific questions about their catch and harvest of freshwater fish species and other parameters. The duties include but are not limited to:
SCHEDULE:
Availability: Shifts average 4-12 hours per week. They are scheduled via random selection, including weekdays and weekends. An average of one shift per week but there can be no shifts for one week and three shifts the following week. Shifts start as early as 8:00 am and end as late as 6:00 pm, not to exceed a shift period of four hours. The schedule for the entire season will be known at the beginning of employment.
Job duration: October 2025 – April 2026. This position is seasonal. Position may begin earlier to complete a three-day vessel training course.
