Position Title: Senior Lead Tour Guide (SLT)

• Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site

• Job Location: Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Washington, D.C.

• Requirements: The candidate shall have:

  • U.S. citizenship

  • Minimum 4 years of customer service experience in public tour settings

  • At least 1 year public speaking experience with groups over 30

  • At least 1 year experience with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Current CPR certification

  • Must pass BEP security clearance

• Duties: The candidate must:

  • Serve as the alternate to the PM in their absence

  • Supervise and schedule tour guides and ensure daily assignments are executed

  • Conduct guided tours for general public and VIP guests

  • Assist with data collection and report submission

  • Monitor staff performance and visitor feedback

  • Support TS functions and respond to inquiries as needed

  • Ensure cleanliness and order within the tour areas
