Job Summary
As a fully certified PSIA-AASI Level 3 Instructor, Clinic Leader, and Examiner at Crystal Mountain, Washington, you will serve as a cornerstone of the Ski & Ride School’s professional development and instructional excellence. While you may occasionally teach elite-level guest lessons, your primary responsibility will be leading and designing high-impact training programs that advance instructor skills across all certification levels. This includes creating and delivering divisional clinics, developing resort-wide instructional standards, and mentoring staff to prepare for PSIA-AASI certification exams. As an Examiner, you will evaluate candidates for certification, ensuring alignment with national standards, and provide targeted feedback to elevate their teaching, skiing, and leadership abilities. You will also collaborate closely with resort leadership and the PSIA-AASI division to drive curriculum innovation, enhance guest experiences through instructor development, and build a culture of continuous learning and excellence throughout the Ski & Ride School.
