Requirements:

To be seriously considered for this role, you’ll need to have:

  • Education: Graduate from an accredited program in ultrasonic technology/sonography
  • Experience Minimum requirements of two years as a sonographer. Knowledge of current theories and practices in sonography an their application to patient care. 
  • Licenses/Certification: Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS). Maintenance of CPR/BLS.

Responsibilities:

We are committed to improving the health of our community by delivery exceptional care and services.  As part of the Diagnostic Imaging Team you will:

  • Establish continuous quality improvement standards in the department.
  • Perform thorough patient evaluation using RDMS and ACR standards appropriate
  • Communicate with patients, families and physicians and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Assist in the orientation and training of new clinical staff to familiarize them with administration of modalities and equipment.

Compensation: $37.25 - $50.00/hr, depending on experience.

**Current GVH employees transferring departments are not eligible for the Sign N Stay Bonus**
