About the Role:

Reporting to the Area Manager, this role is your opportunity to lead, inspire, and make a major impact. As the driving force behind all store operations and merchandising, you'll be empowered to maximize profitability while delivering our best-in-class guest experience. You�ll take full ownership of the store�from managing inventory and creating standout visual displays, to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for both team members and guests. This role is all about building and leading a powerhouse team through hiring, training, and cultivating a strong, high-performing culture.

Essential Functions:

• Drive sales and deliver unforgettable customer experiences that reflect our signature style and service
• Analyze sales trends and uncover exciting opportunities to fuel growth
• Build a powerhouse team by recruiting, training, and inspiring employees
• Serve as the go-to expert for all things tech, product, and sales�empowering your team to thrive
• Champion our company values and bring our mission to life through your leadership
• Monitor expenses and maximize profitability within budget goals
• Uphold and enforce store policies with precision, from cash handling to safety and loss prevention
• Keep our store looking sharp and on-brand with flawless merchandising and cleanliness standards
• Take charge of inventory control and consistently hit or exceed inventory targets
• Stay on top of industry trends and product knowledge to lead with confidence and credibility
• Provide meaningful performance feedback and coaching to elevate your team regularly
• Foster a culture that emphasizes safety for both employees and customers
• Tackle new challenges and special projects with enthusiasm�whatever comes your way!

Required Skills/Abilities:

• A high school diploma or equivalent education�your foundation for success
• At least 4 years of hands-on retail experience�you know how to create standout customer moments
• 3+ years leading teams�you�re a proven motivator with strong leadership instincts
• A passion for the snow sports industry, you speak the language of winter adventure
• Tech-savvy and confident with Microsoft Office�Excel, Word, and Outlook are second nature
• Top-notch communicator�clear, confident, and effective in both written and spoken English
• A self-starter with strong multitasking skills, you stay cool, organized, and driven under pressure
• Experienced (or quick to learn) with retail POS systems, you keep transactions smooth and efficient
• Physically ready to be on your feet�able to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment

Budgeted range starts at: $57,000-$65,000 annually. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
