What are we looking for?

We are seeking service-oriented and highly motivated individuals to handle sales and bookings for clients from all over the world travelling to selected destinations within Italy.

The role requires flexibility, great communication skills and exceptional customer service. You’ll be interacting with visitors from all over the world and with many of our outstanding partners and colleagues across our destinations.

We are looking for a high-performing team player who is willing to go the extra mile to make sure our clients have an unforgettable time. You will also represent our values of dedication, quality, trust and personal service.

Responsibilities:

  • Converting leads into the sale of tour packages
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers via phone, email and live chat when required
  • Arranging all services according to clients’ needs and special interests
  • Providing first-class customer service and creating an unforgettable travel experience
  • Other relevant tasks

Required skills and experience:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
  • Sales experience is essential
  • Ability to work independently and show initiative
  • Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Meticulousness, thoroughness and a good eye for details
  • Able to thrive both in a team environment and when working independently
  • Good knowledge of tourist attractions and destinations in Italy
  • Skilled at prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Knowledge of Italian is an advantage, not mandatory
  • Relevant education and/or experience is an advantage

This is an onsite, full-time position, primarily Mondays to Fridays during regular office hours. However, due to the nature of the work, candidates might be required to work occasional evening and/or weekend shifts.

Since this is a position in a new team, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape a vibrant and supportive office culture.
