What You’ll Do:
As a Vacation Support Specialist, your role includes:
Delivering outstanding customer service and support via phone, email, or chat.
Assisting with reservations, itinerary changes, and travel bookings (flights, hotels, car rentals, vacation packages).
Explaining travel policies, procedures, and promotions to travelers.
Investigating issues and coordinating with internal teams to resolve them.
Handling escalations with professionalism and care to ensure customer satisfaction.
Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Laptop, smartphone, and reliable internet access
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
