Warehouse Operations Associate

Avid4 Adventure is hiring Operation Assistants in Colorado.  This position will focus on the preparation of camp training and camp pack out. The position is responsible for the management, inventory and distribution of equipment. This specific position will be based in Louisville, CO.  The Operations Department will be hiring 2 staff to fill these Assistant positions.

Core Responsibilities

• Work closely with Operations Supervisor to learn best practices and to ensure all camps are receiving the support needed. 

• You will be responsible for owning the pack out for select camps

• Assist with training and any logistical needs prior to camp starting

Your Background

• Experience with bike maintenance is required (or willingness to learn)

• Comfortable with Google’s G-suite platform for email, spreadsheets and documents

• Current driver’s license and clean driving record

• Minimum of Basic First Aid and CPR from a nationally recognized provider

Additional Details

• Position Duration: Roughly 35-45 hours/week starting April 14 through June 7

• Compensation: Pay starts at $18.90/hour. Benefits are not offered for this position since it is a temporary role

• Location: This position primarily works at our headquarters in Louisville, CO
