Centered around alpine cuisine, where we make our food from scratch. Position is Line Cook (Commis Chef), where you’ll be responsible for executing a specific or multiple line stations during service hours.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients by chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces.
• Ensures all prep is done according to recipes and portion standards.

Work in close liaison with chef. Cooking and Assembling Dishes - Cooks menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff. Assembles dishes with attention to presentation and quality.

• Maintains a clean and organized workstation.
• Follows sanitation and safety procedures to ensure a hygienic kitchen environment.

Must be willing to work with both the Back of House and Front of House teams. Secondary
