Employment Status: Full or Part Time Seasonal Wage Range: $15.00 to $18.00 Minimum Age: 18 Background Check Required: No Driver Verification Required: No Position Summary: Crow’s Bench is Schweitzer’s Premier restaurant. Centered around alpine cuisine, where we make our food from scratch. Position is Line Cook (Commis Chef), where you’ll be responsible for executing a specific or multiple line stations during service hours.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients by chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces.
- Ensures all prep is done according to recipes and portion standards.
Work in close liaison with chef. Cooking and Assembling Dishes - Cooks menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff. Assembles dishes with attention to presentation and quality.
- Maintains a clean and organized workstation.
- Follows sanitation and safety procedures to ensure a hygienic kitchen environment.
Must be willing to work with both the Back of House and Front of House teams. Secondary

Knife Sharpening/Upkeep Sauteing, Searing, Grilling, Braising, Frying, Roasting Reducing, Simmering Open Flame Cooking, Sou Vide Proper/Safe Food Storage, Temperature Control, Proper/Safe Reheating Brines, Pickling The 5 Mother Sauces Physical Capabilities- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
