    POSITION SUMMARY Banquet servers needed at the Steamboat Grand. Alcohol Server Training certificate and prior banquet/serving

    experience:

An attached pdf or word document of your resume is required ESSENTIAL DUTIES Prepare Banquet rooms per the Banquet event order, stock and set up for service; perform shift opening tasks that may include: setting tables, opening doors, set up service station Responsible for serving tables and maintaining buffets by restocking as needed Must be a team player by assisting in daily operations of serving, cleaning, bussing Ensure that we adhere to State Liquor Regulations, TIPS certified, etc. and determine when customers should not be served alcohol Alert manager to any inventory shortages of liquor, food and supplies based on anticipated or actual guest volume Bus tables and reset throughout shift, as necessary Compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory
