Year Round JOB TITLE: Club Attendant DIVISION: Club Solitude REPORTS TO: Club Solitude Manager LOCATION: Club Solitude/Eagle Springs East CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time/ Year-Round/ Hourly POSITION: Solitude is looking for someone who is friendly and presents exceptional customer service for our guests to join our team.
The club attendant greets and assists all lodging guests and owners while monitoring, cleaning, and maintaining the different club areas. This position maintains a professional attitude and appearance providing the best customer service possible. JOB DUTIES:

· Greet, assist, and respond to the requests of all guests and owners · Maintain control and safety of Club Solitude by following all SVMA rules, policies, and procedures · Monitor cleanliness and safety at all times · Test the chemical levels in the swimming pool and hot tub using a color chart · Work with maintenance department to fill chemicals in swimming pool or hot tub if needed · Replace and encode owner and employee Ving keys as needed · Issue temporary key cards for real estate following SVMA Ving key policy and Procedure EQUAL
