Among other resources, Alterra has a slate of Employee Resource Groups to support our workforce. POSITION SUMMARY The Digital Content Specialist will focus on managing and optimizing Alterra Mountain Company’s AI chat platforms and digital content
experience:
s. This role will play a critical part in enhancing user engagement across our digital ecosystem through conversational AI and content strategy. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Manage conversational AI model for Ikon Pass.
- Assist in the deployment and optimization of chatbot
experience:
s across resort websites and additional platforms. Work closely with our third-party chatbot vendor to create technical specifications for how to improve the conversational creation process, troubleshoot issues, and implement platform updates and enhancements.
- Track and analyze chatbot usages, performance metrics, and user inquiries to refine conversational flows and drive continuous improvement.
Proactively explore and test new AI-driven features or tools within marketing platforms to enhance user
experience:

- Collaborate with the internal teams to create, maintain, and update website, app, and blog content.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of content across all platforms.
