This fast-paced role is key to keeping things efficient and safe behind the scenes. Positions are available at various locations on and around the mountain—placement will be determined upon hire. WAGE: The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of Winter Park Resort’s hourly pay/salary range for this position. Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to

Hourly pay range: $18 ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Wash large volumes of dishes, utensils, and food service equipment for high volume restaurants.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
- Perform opening and closing procedures as directed.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers at all times.
- Comply with uniform and personal appearance standards.
- Follow all applicable laws and company policies.
- Support bussing tasks in guest areas as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong hand/eye coordination Ability to work in a face-paced environment Lift approximately 50 pounds on a regular basis Stand for long periods of time.

Must be a minimum of 16 years of age. Must be able to obtain a Food Handler and Allergy training certificate or must attend Food Handler and Allergy training certification courses for Alterra Mountain Company within 14 days of employment (provided).
