- Manage the driving program database, process Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) requests, and follow up on accident reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external safety regulations, maintaining confidentiality where required.
- Training & Programs Communicate with departments to identify safety training needs and assist with the roll out of plans.
- Support the coordination of safety and wellness programs.
- Train and support managers and supervisors on company policies and procedures.
General HR & Administrative Support Provide administrative coverage and support for the HR team as needed.
- Assist with record keeping, reporting, and general office

Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficient in a variety of software platforms with the ability to learn new systems quickly. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving
skills:
with high attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset. Familiarity with Workday, Office 365, and Freshservice (or similar ticketing platforms) preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal
