SPECIFIC JOB:
REQUIREMENTS:
1-2 Years of
experience:
working as a Line Cook and/or Prep Cook preferred Formal Culinary Training/Degree preferred Responsible for full set up and preparation of hot and cold food items Excellent communication
skills:
and ability to work with all FOH/BOH staff Ability to take orders and work in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment Capable of standing for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 lbs. Willing to work flexible work schedules that may include holidays and weekends Ability to obtain and maintain current, valid state-required licenses and or certifications such as Food Handler’s Certificate
JOB DUTIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Chef in preparation of all components of the menu items from appetizers to entrées.
This includes, but is not limited to: Stocks, Sauces, Proteins, Starches, Vegetables, Soups, etc. Accurately measure foods and adjust recipes for food preparation process Train with Chef/Sous Chef and act as backup for Garde Mange station in preparing salads, apps, and cold kitchen plates Actively participate in all kitchen cleaning duties, including station tear down, dishwashing, equipment cleaning, sweeping, moping, etc
Ability to fill PARS and utilize order systems EQUAL
