Job Summary: The Seasonal Locker Supervisor will oversee and maintain the locker rooms at Alpine Lodge and assist as a supervisor to the Season Pass and Ticketing team.
Job duties:
include but are not limited to updating new and renewal locker sales, organizing locker location maps, maintaining cleaning schedule, and Season Pass/Ticket sales.
- Assist with the leadership, daily operations, and support employees in the Season Pass and Ticket Sales department.
- Ensure exceptional guest service to the internal and external guests.

Responsibilities:
/Duties/Tasks include the following; Supervises the locker room attendants in all Alpine lodge Locker Rooms Provides guests with top-quality service in a friendly and positive manner Assisting in locker and product sales. Creating communication to send to members
about:
lease renewals, updates in the locker room, and relevant dates. Understands and develops an in-depth knowledge of all product categories and how to perform and fulfill reservations accurately. These product categories include but are not limited to; Season Passes, Daily tickets, Locker Room Products, and Resort Activities.
Checks locker room daily for cleanliness, locker room-related problems, and ensuring everyone is following protocols.
- Provides accurate up-to-minute information
about:
weather, daily operations, location of services, special events, programs, general mountain knowledge, and bus schedules Enforces locker room policies and rules Performs daily opening and closing procedures according to company policy and expected business levels Ensure all employees display accurate cash handling

- Responsible for adequately reconciling release of liabilities and locker room agreements Responsible for ensuring breaks and lunch breaks are provided to all employees.
- Contribute and ensure the completion of day-to-day operational tasks.
- Assists with employee documentation and actively participates in verbal & written feedback to employees.
- Assists with tracking and auditing of Sales.
- Ensure that the Locker Room has adequate supplies to perform the day-to-day operation Assist in the resolution of all guest complaints; handle all guest concerns, and communicate suggestions.
Actively cross-train in all areas of Resort Activities, Sales and Service, and any relevant resort areas.
- Adhere to all departmental and company policies and procedures and participate in all departmental and resort training and development courses.
- Oversee new and renewal sales of lockers.
- Report sales total to RASS Manager.
Complete daily walkthroughs of each locker room to regulate overcrowding and ensure the cleanliness of the locker rooms. Competencies and Job
