    for year round employees POSITION SUMMARY Mountain Bike Trail Crew are an integral part of the success of Stratton’s Bike Park.

    • Responsible for the maintenance of our existing trails, the trail crew is responsible for creating and maintaining the best possible riding

ESSENTIAL DUTIES Maintain existing mountain bike trails on the mountain while following guidelines and best practices Use of shovels, rakes, and other common power and non-power tools related to trail work Mowing, brush clearing, weed trimming, bridge staging and repair Operate company vehicles/ATVs Work with other departments at the resort to assist with mountain projects whenever its possible without effecting the completion of weekly bike trail maintenance Work with Sinuosity, our Trail Builders, to assist with completion of new mountain bike trails whenever its possible Additional duties as assigned

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    REQUIREMENTS:

    High school diploma in process or completed, required Must be 18+ years of age Must be a Mountain Biker and have the ability to ride all levels of trails in the Bike Park 2 years previous trail building and maintenance
