Hourly: The base hourly pay range below represents the low and high end of the Palisades Tahoe Resort, LLC’s hourly pay range for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Provide top-quality customer service at all times.
Greet customers promptly and courteously.
- Assist customers in locating items.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate service.
Offer accurate product information. Operate the cash register accurately. Restock products as needed.
- Perform merchandising tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Competencies: Effective communication (oral & written). Strong customer service & safety awareness. Ability to follow instructions. Neat and clean appearance per company standards. Punctuality. Teamwork. Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. Stand for up to 8 hours a day.

Requirements:
Ability to walk or stand for 80% of the shift. Occasionally carry, lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities (close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, focus adjustment).
