- Ensure materials are fact-based, internally consistent, and aligned with enterprise strategy, value-creation priorities, and transformation milestones Serve as a strategic thought partner in preparing executives for Board discussions, including pre-reads, talking points, FAQs, and follow-ups Post-Merger Integration Strategy, Planning, & Execution Lead and execute comprehensive integration strategies aligned with deal objectives and value creation thesis Lead pre-close planning activities, including synergy identification, risk assessment, and Day 1 readiness preparation Create detailed integration roadmaps with clear milestones, dependencies, and success metrics across functional areas Establish integration governance structures, decision-making frameworks, and escalation protocols Lead cross-functional integration teams across Finance, Operations, HR, IT, Legal, Sales, and other key departments Serve as primary point of contact between executive leadership, integration teams, and external stakeholders Drive day-to-day execution of integration activities, tracking progress against key milestones and addressing roadblocks
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA strongly preferred. 12+ years of progressive
experience:
in corporate strategy, enterprise PMO, transformation office, value creation plan support, M&A integration
Experience:
- leading enterprise-wide transformation management from design through measurable
