    POSITION SUMMARY The True West Pass

    Experience:

    Supervisor oversees the operational execution of Steamboat’s Premium

    Experience:

    program – the True West Pass and locker room services at Hazie’s lounge. This role focuses on delivering a high-touch, seamless premium guest journey while maintaining operational excellence across multiple departments. The Supervisor executes on consistent service quality through prearrival and in-resort interactions with guests of the True West Pass product.

    The Supervisor also assists the True West Product Manager in overseeing additional concierge staff and acting as Manager on Duty in the absence of the Manager. ESSENTIAL DUTIES • Strong problem-solving and communication

    Steamboat Resort hourly pay range: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour PHYSICAL
