SUMMARY Creates and implements new childcare programs specific to the location. Instructs and monitors various childcare activities, provides personal attention to guest’s needs, and safety.

Essential Functions: 1. Takes primary responsibility for the health, wellbeing and happiness for children participating in the location’s childcare program. 2. Recognizes and resolves individual or group issues or problems. 3.

• Provides and supervises entertainment activities for children participating in the location’s childcare program.

4.

• Maintains cleanliness and neatness of fitness equipment and facility.

5.

• Ensures a pleasant visit for each guest; maintains effective guest relations.

6.

• Performs special projects delegated by management.

7. Stays updated on latest developments pertinent to the department as well as the location.

Applicants must hold a current First Aid/CPR/AED card. Must be at least 18 years of age. Current required local and/or state professional certification and/or license; high school diploma or general
