Property Aide

POSITION SUMMARY: The Property Aide at Finley Farms provides maintenance support, grounds upkeep, and event set-up for the overall property. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Performs routine inspections and preventative maintenance of property, equipment and systems (HVAC, water softener systems, etc.) Responsible for operation, maintenance and cleanliness of all property vehicles, equipment, and buildings.

• Performs daily trash/recycle/compost removal property wide.
• Assists with event set up and tear down to include organizing, sorting and managing the storage of supplies and materials.
• Assists with filling and delivering requisitions for supplies, including unpacking, inspection, and stocking of merchandise in a timely manner.
• Assists with product receiving and deliveries.
• Assists with annual/semi-annual/monthly inventory of departments.
• Supports grounds and farm upkeep as requested.
• Supports warehouse organization and cleanliness.

Represents Finley Farms in a positive, friendly, and professional manner at all times.
