POSITION SUMMARY: As Sporting Property Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a special property where ownership and guests gather to enjoy the Great Outdoors on a Colorado trout stream. We are looking for someone passionate

of others. This beautiful property consists of multiple cabin sites and is maintained for those who enjoy fishing and the Great Outdoors. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Provide exceptional customer service to owners and guests, engage and socialize with guests if needed Maintain the property and cabins…general maintenance as needed Monitor costs and be cognizant of property expense management Monitor and maintain condition of feeders and feed fish as needed Landscaping, lawn maintenance and light bush hogging Supervise general property operations and manage third party contractors Property security Reside full-time on the property and respond promptly to guest needs KNOWLEDGE,
