Summer Camp DSP - Paid Training - No Weekends

Ready to trade the fluorescent lights for some fresh air and a job that actually matters? 🌿 Bittersweet Farms is looking for Summer Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who want to vibe on a working farm, stack their resume, and help some incredible teens with autism live their best lives. If you’re into nursing, psych, social work, or education—or just have a massive heart—this is your sign to apply.

The Vibe Check:

Pay: $16.50/hr

• Schedule: Mon–Fri. No nights. No weekends. (Your summer plans are safe 🌅)

Location: Whitehouse, OH (Outdoor farm goals) Dates: June 8th – July 29th (Must Start on or before May 5th, 2026 - There is mandatory orientation ) Break: Camp break from June 29th - July 4th return July 6th

What You’ll Actually Be Doing:

Forget filing papers. You’ll be a mentor, a teacher, and a hype-person all in one. You’ll help our participants crush their daily goals, gain independence, and explore the farm through activities, social engagement and awesome field trips. It’s high-impact, person-centered support that looks really good on a grad school application.

The Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver’s License & Insurance Must have clean driving record and be willing to transport participants in company vehicles Patience, empathy, and great communication Must be comfortable supporting individuals with hygienic needs such as toileting & cleaning of bodily fluids
