About the Job:

The Pool Front Desk Worker plays a key role in creating a positive first impression for guests at Sholem Aquatic Center. This position supports daily operations by assisting patrons, processing admissions, operating water slides when assigned, and helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. Summary of Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient customer service to all patrons
• Process daily admissions and operate the admissions terminal

Greet guests, check receipts, pool passes, and guest bags per facility procedures Answer and direct incoming phone calls and provide general facility information

• Maintain knowledge of pool programs, hours, policies, and special events
• Assist with special events, functions, and daily operational needs
• Perform routine facility upkeep to support cleanliness and organization
• Follow opening and closing procedures, including inventory and cash control
• Monitor slide areas and direct riders appropriately when assigned

Walk and monitor indoor and outdoor areas to support guest experience

• Follow all safety policies and maintain confidentiality and professionalism

• Perform other duties as assigned
