Job Description
This position is designated as a hybrid role based out of our headquarters near Portland, Oregon. The current expectation is for employees to work onsite four days per week, subject to change based on business needs. This in-office requirement may be adjusted at the discretion of the company.
ABOUT:
THE POSITION The North America Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) team focuses primarily on our outlet, brand, and employee stores within the US and Canada with some support of our Ecommerce business. From merchandising to retail marketing to retail operations, there is a highly collaborative team working “behind the scenes” to ensure our consumers have a positive
experience:

As a Pricing Analyst you will support existing pricing operations, analyze the performance of our pricing actions and expand the regional pricing capabilities of the merchandising team. You will provide strategic price and promotion analysis for strong consumer value propositions. Within this role you’ll function as a strategic business partner, delivering effective insights that help shape our pricing strategies across North America.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE Collaborate with the DTC Merchant team to develop weekly regional promotions and markdown price strategies. Utilize pricing analytics, price elasticity, and other influential tools to drive in-store promotional offer recommendations and track resulting performance.
- Contribute to incremental sales and profit margin improvement utilizing data driven insights and cross-functional influence.
- Drive continuous improvement and process innovation in the pricing area, leveraging data management and statistical analysis technology to drive price optimization Create and maintain retail coupon codes for Merchandising and Marketing departments Partner with Columbia Technology (CDT) partners on system enhancements and user-acceptance testing (UAT) ahead of system changes Execute monthly Pricing Audits and twice annual Seasonal Price Changes for Outlet, Branded and Employee stores across US/Canada Act as team Subject Matter Expert for Microsoft D365 pricing activities and resolve Pricing Tickets from DTC store employees maintaining a high level of customer service for store teams Build and maintain pricing and promotion events in support of seasonal pricing strategies YOU ARE Passionate

in Excel and MS Office Suite, Microsoft certifications preferred but not required

with PowerBI and/or Tableau is a plus
