Explore our new on-property mountain bike trails and share your passion for mountain biking! Mountain Bike Guides are accountable for, but not limited to: Developing, managing, and coordinating all programing and guest activities associated with the Mountain biking activities.

• Developing, managing, and coordinating all guest activities associated with the Mountain biking activities
• Developing new guest activities across Mountain Biking operations at Flathead Lake Lodge. Activities that are built on Flathead Lake Lodge’s vision, operating principals, and culture
• Knowledgeable on all aspects of the guest experience, ranch history, Bigfork and surrounding area.
• Leading guests of all ages on organized, safe, and informative excursions
• Maintenance of the FLL Mountain Bike fleet
• Outline the Mountain Biking schedule
• Reporting for work ready and with the essential gear needed
• Greeting each guest, brief them on the plans for the activity, fit a bike to them, and transport to trails
• Giving a detailed safety briefing and assess each guest on their ability to participate in the activity
• Safely operating a 15-passenger van on local roads and highways – MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD
• Provides only first-class service and hospitality in helping all guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Willingness to help in other departments or wherever needed on the Ranch
• Must be capable of being on your feet for up to 8 hours a day, as well as lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds
• This position reports to the Outdoor Pursuits Manager
