Job Description This is a Senior Technical Support Engineer Support role. Professional etiquette, extremely polished, and energetic are must have personal traits. Candidates must be able to troubleshoot devices, tools, and technologies in short windows of time, and be able to alleviate executives’ and / or company associates concerns/stress regarding devices (laptops, desktops, mobile phones), conferencing tools – Zoom, Teams, password resets, and unlocking of locked accounts.
Responsibilities:
First point of contact for executive requests; Proactively and continuously strengthen relationships and engage with executive team members and their administrators to support their requirements and identify inefficiencies and improvements.
- Lead and implement various projects in infrastructure and security. Eg. Modern video conference implementations, Flex workspace, tools etc.
- Support Enterprise Applications like Box, Okta, Microsoft Teams, Office 365 email servers and Collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
Automation of security patching, Enterprise Active Directory management Partner with other administrators and provide solution for SaaS Cloud requests. Executive and end user support for Phones using MS Teams and Cisco and Crestron conference rooms
- Assist in the management of software licenses and deployment.
Keeping up to date with emerging technologies and finding implementation methods to increase productivity for executives. Partner with engineering and cross functional organizations on solutions for the executive functions being supported, Infrastructure and security. Travel to support remote sites as needed for installation and configuration of hardware and software.
- Support end users with exceptional white glove treatment
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 5-7 years of IT experience or 7-10 years of equivalent experience in supporting Enterprises organizations and Executives, Enterprise systems and Video collaboration solutions. Strong experience with enterprise audio/video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, WebEx, Google Meet).
Hands-on expertise in networking setup, Wi-Fi configuration, and troubleshooting. Proficiency with Microsoft Azure (server builds, SaaS services) and SaaS platforms (Intune, Box, Okta). Working knowledge of operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS), networking (IP, DNS, ports), and storage (SAN, NAS).
Experience with Active Directory MACD and support ticketing systems (ServiceNow).:
Skilled in imaging, configuring, and troubleshooting systems (computers, printers, servers). Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to support executive-level employees in fast-paced environments.
Experience collaborating with external vendors for hardware/software deployment.:
Familiarity with physical security system configurations. Background in mobile device management (MDM) and mobile security platforms (e.g., Intune). Understanding of workstation hardware (CPU, memory) and production support architectures.
Experience managing employee onboarding/offboarding.:
Willingness to travel for support as needed. Highly organized, proactive, and curious with a drive to connect people and solutions. Additional Information Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $70,000 USD - $110,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
