Duties include, but are not limited to, preparing food, providing exceptional customer service, stocking, and rotating merchandise, following safety regulations, and performing various administrative and cleaning tasks.

    Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities:

    · Greet customers, assist with questions, and manage accurate transactions to provide an engaging customer

    experience:

    · Serve large groups of guests by assisting with buffet style service · Prepare food through correct product specifications and procedures · Replenish condiments, beverages, and food supplies while maintaining a clean work area. · Conduct POS transactions and ensure that all handling procedures are followed, including credit and refund transactions, loss prevention, etc. · Participate in the setup and breakdown of catered events · Maintain compliance with company and industry best practices, policies, and procedures to create a safe environment for colleagues and guests

    · Monitor product quality and communicate shrinkage/waste to the lead and/or supervisor. · Promptly escalate any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or emergencies to the proper authorities · Provide support to other park Food & Beverage departments during the operating season, as needed · All other duties assigned by leadership.

    · Must be at least 14 years of age to comply with Pennsylvania Child Labor Laws · Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays · Ability to work later evening hours during certain events · Must have reliable transportation to and from your scheduled shift · Ability to comply with all uniform policies · Ability to refrain from on-the-job consumption of alcohol · Must possess safety-oriented mindset and understand the importance of complying with all state, and local food preparation and serving regulations · Must possess exceptional customer service

    · Ability to stand, walk, and remain on feet for majority of the workday · Ability to frequently stoop, twist, kneel, bend, squat, or reach above shoulders · Ability to withstand heat and humidity from food prep and kitchen equipment · Ability to carry, push, pull, lift, and hold objects weighing 30 pounds or more Working Conditions: · This role will be based in a variety of outdoor or indoor event locations · Subject to working late hours for some events (age-restrictions may apply) · Frequent exposure to the variable outside temperatures, including high heat, cold, direct sun, humidity, dust, rain, snow, ice, and other weather conditions · Subject to frequent interruptions, constant repetitive motion, high noise levels, flashing lights, and heavily populated environments · Subject to frequent handling of cleaning chemicals and detergents Team member
