Vacation Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

· Promoting and selling our premier vacation packages to guests at Cabela's · Engage with potential customers to identify their vacation needs and preferences · Deliver persuasive sales presentations that highlight the benefits of our vacation packages · Offer concierge services by recommending dining options and attractions, while promoting Hilton Grand Vacations through attractive discounted vacation packages to our destinations

· Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure exceptional customer service · Effectively implement Hilton Grand Vacations' sales techniques to achieve sales targets · Collaborate with team members to share effective processes and foster collective success

Compensation/Benefits:

What Are we Looking For:

· Qualified candidates should have a passion for interacting with guests and a strong desire for career advancement · A dedication to providing world-class customer service is crucial · Previous sales experience is preferred · Effective communication and collaboration skills are necessary · Candidates must be self-motivated and possess a driven spirit

· Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and goal-oriented work environment is required · Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills are essential · Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is needed · A minimum of one year of experience in hospitality and/or customer service is required

· Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is required · A High School Diploma or equivalent experience · Ability to work on-site at Bass Pro Shops Hilton Grand Vacations develops, markets, and operates a system of brand-name, high-quality vacation ownership resorts in highly desirable vacation destinations.
