Maintenance Technician - Pine Forest Apartments

As our Maintenance Technician, you must have working knowledge of all aspects of residential facility maintenance (basic plumbing, electrical, & mechanical) including the ability to troubleshoot problems and provide exceptional customer service. This is a full time position with on-call rotations.

Responsibilities include:

Completes a broad range of preventive maintenance and repairs Responds to work orders

• Prepare vacant suites for presentation and move-ins
• Maintain buildings interior and exterior, grounds upkeep

Appliance installation & repair

• Installs, maintains and repairs plumbing fixtures

Basic HVAC maintenance Knowledgeable with hand & power tools

• Maintains safe and clean working environment

All other duties as assigned
