Job Description
Amaze, Inspire, Unite Job Summary: The Manager, Membership Development is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the new business department, maximizing the sale of season ticket memberships for the Detroit Tigers and Detroit Red Wings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Membership Development team’s efforts to sell season memberships and a full menu of ticketing options for the Detroit Tigers and Detroit Red Wings.
- Manage the Membership Development team by tracking KPI’s, including outbound calls, face-to-face appointments, and other touchpoints.
Work closely with sales team to assist with ballpark/arena appointments and out-of-office meetings.
- Assist in creating, implementing, and evaluating ticket sales strategies and plans to maximize sales volume.
- Trains and manages all aspects of B2B and B2C sales; including prospecting, lead generation, networking, referrals and cold calling.
- Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and development of Account Executives.
- Manages game day schedules to effectively handle staffing
