Title: REI Coordinator Location: Concord or Waltham, MA (On-Site)
- Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Weekend/holiday rotation based on departmental needs

The Coordinator is an advanced administrative support role that plays a key part in the coordination of patient care within the fertility practice. This position is ideal for individuals with prior healthcare experience who are looking to grow into a more specialized coordination role.
Working closely with the provider and nursing team, the Fertility Care Coordinator serves as a central point of communication and organization for patient care activities. This role focuses on the clinical administrative aspects of the patient journey, ensuring that documentation, communication, and coordination tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Rather than providing direct clinical or procedural support, this position is responsible for managing essential administrative functions that support both patients and clinical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient documentation, including fertility treatment consents and related forms
- Manage and process sensitive paperwork such as FMLA and other medical documentation
- Serve as a liaison between patients and clinical staff to support timely and accurate communication
- Support the nursing team by managing documentation and administrative workflows
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of patient records and required forms
- Assist in guiding patients through administrative steps of their care journey
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in a healthcare, medical office, or patient coordination setting preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
