POSITION OBJECTIVES:
We are looking for a creative and solution-driven Junior Account Manager. This position’s main goals are to create long-term trusting relationships with our customers and deliver unique programs that fit each retailer’s needs. The Junior Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities and growth.
Junior Account Manager responsibilities include developing strong relationships and connecting within the mass market hub (including supermarkets, 3rd party distributors, retail locations, club stores, and many more) You will work alongside our National Account Managers to discover customer needs, find solutions, prepare sales presentations, and close the deals.

Requirements:
SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Represents LiveTrends item portfolio to multiple small and national retailers Acts as primary point of contact for accounts
- Oversees the day-to-day operations of each assigned account
- Participates in the development and presentation of product line reviews
- Develops and implements plans for achieving sales and POS goals in each assigned account
- Prepares and submits sales activity reports and sales forecasts
Initiates contact with new potential customers
- Participates in industry trade shows as required
Requirements and Qualifications:
Great collaborator and able to work with colleagues at all levels. Bachelor's Degree Required
Experience in CPG Sales or equivalent preferred:
Must be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint Ability to travel as needed.
- Plant/Horticulture industry knowledge a plus
Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Self-starter, results-oriented and able to thrive under pressure. Nimble with the ability to multitask and embrace last-minute changes.

Performance Requirements:
Full Time
- Schedule may fluctuate based on departmental and period closing requirements.
Observance of all company Policies and Procedures. Physical demands include light work, prolonged walking and/or standing along with the occasional exertion of up to 10-15lbs of force. Local Candidates Only
