you! As an Account Change Analyst, you’ll be responsible, with minimal guidance, for the timely and accurate transfer of annuity and life policies between agents and between broker dealers. Job
Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Processes complex and specialized producer account change requests (custodial, provident and life changes).
- Processes annuity and life producer account change requests via direct entry into the system(s).
- Processes account change requests to transfer annuity and life policies via ACURA.
Responds to simple service requests and simple service inquiries.
- Troubleshoots producer account changes made via ACURA with minimal supervision.
- Processes and communicates daily written updates as to status of custodial account changes to Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch and Wells Fargo.
- Manages and processes incoming specialized email producer account change requests from US Bancorp, Edward Jones and Capital One.
- Processes producer account change error reports.
- Maintains working product knowledge for all Nationwide Life and Annuity Products.
May train other associates on other Account Changes processes. Fluent with all major Nationwide distribution Channels. May perform other
