Who You Are:
The Supply Planner, NPD role is directly accountable for our “White Glove Service” commitment on new product launches. This role acts as an ambassador for the broader Supply Chain / Ops team to our external (vendors & customers) and internal stakeholders (marketing, finance, PD, brand, etc). Success in this role is measured by a.) NPD products delivered in full by pipefill MABDs, and b.) continuous improvement driven in both our results and the overall stage gate process at Nutrabolt.
What You're Good At:
Own NPD Execution from Initial PO Placement through successful delivery of pipefill quantities by targeted MABDs
- Maintain tracking and publication of the “NPD Tracker” providing the business a ‘single source of truth’ executive summary on the performance of our NPD agenda.
- Provide summary of relevant NPD initiatives to various audiences including weekly SC service meeting, AN and Intl weekly breakout meetings, S&OPs, Vendor QBRs, ICE meetings, etc.
Is a loud advocate for NPD needs and constantly works to minimize risk.
- Maintains all relevant production, release, finishing, and first ship date information from vendors in our project management software in real time.
Stand up performance tracking metrics like Time To Market and Root Cause Analysis for delays, and leverage the learnings to drive improvements. Continuous Improvement: Identifies gaps in our processes and stands up sustainable solutions.
What You Contribute:
BA degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field. MBA or other advanced degree a plus. 4+ years in a supply chain or operational role
Experience in a food, beverage, and/or drug CPG preferred:
Experience leading continuous improvement programs:
Success in driving process automation and standardization Strong organizational and planning skills Strong communication skills, both written and oral Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple accountabilities and multiple internal customers. Strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
