The RS agent is the frontline contact with the guest and must engage them in the most positive way while professionally representing the resort. This position involves dealing with a high-volume of guests and requires flexibility in being able to transition between different tasks and operating outlets quickly, effectively, and accurately.
The Resort Services agent should also be a subject matter expert and should be able to provide guests recommendation on additional resort offerings or additional activities during their time at Copper Mountain. Providing accurate information, being animated, and proactively selling (the right product/service for the guests) forms the core of this role.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Guest Services: You will be required to fulfill sales orders and sell a variety of services from Rental Equipment, Season Pass and Ticket Sales, Mountain Biking, Woodward Copper fulfillment, and various other sale products. You are in a role which includes being a front-of-the house revenue collector for many departments and each interaction with a guest is an
opportunity:
for you to both, display your belief in the products and services offered by Copper Mountain and our partners and to help with the financial success of Copper Mountain. Ability to talk to guests

all products available to them and successfully sell products. Rentals: You will be responsible for the general flow of the rental process.
- Ensure proper fit and sizing of ski and ride equipment.
He/she will be trained on the technical aspects of proper binding settings, boot fit and sizing. You are responsible for proper placement and storage of equipment based on the division’s standards. A Passion for skiing or riding to engage each guest throughout the process. You will be required to kneel and/or bend over to fit ski’s, boards, and boots.
Retail: You will be required to learn the intricate details
about:
a certain brand of line of merchandise, then be able to proactively sell these items to our customers as it meets their needs.
- Responsible for assisting with stocking and restocking retail products in the store.
He/she will also be required to ensure a clean and professional presentation of retail merchandise based on standards set by the department. This job will include cleaning, folding, hanging, and refolding merchandise. Administration Duties: Proficient in keyboard
