About:

the role The Banquet Server is responsible for serving food and beverage to guests at banquet functions throughout the resort. They will also set tables with linens prior to functions according to the BEO (Banquet Event Order) specs. The Banquet Server will interact closely with all event attendees and provide friendly and efficient service to ensure client satisfaction.

• Report all unsafe conditions immediately.

Set up banquet rooms for functions (chairs, tables, linens, etc.). Solve unusual customer requests creatively. Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor to include cross training What are we looking for?
