    We are seeking an

    experience:

    d Amazon Sales Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for executing the sales growth strategy for Bushnell Golf Amazon businesses. The ideal candidate will manage all core aspects of the Amazon account relationships by driving sales performance, analyzing POS data and trends, overseeing merchandising and promotional efforts and maintaining accurate and up-to-date product catalog information.

    This position will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams—including Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain—to ensure seamless communication and alignment that supports strong business performance across all key performance indicators (KPIs). This position will report to the Sr. Director of Amazon and will be based out of our San Diego, CA

    As the Amazon Sales Manager, you will have the

    opportunity:

    to: Lead Strategic Business Planning: Develop and execute an annual business plan aligned with channel strategies and sales goals; monitor performance weekly/monthly to ensure objectives are met. Own Day-to-Day Account Management: Oversee the Amazon account across all functional areas, coordinating internal and external resources to exceed performance targets.

    • Deliver Accurate Reporting: Provide timely, accurate sales, inventory, and performance reports to internal stakeholders as required.
    • Drive Strategic Initiatives: Develop and implement programs such as promotions, SMUs, and Direct Import Programs, translating strategy into actionable plans.
    • Build Strong Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships across multiple levels of Amazon's General Line (GL) and retail teams to strengthen partnership and alignment.
    • Manage Account Financials with Accountability: Oversee all financial aspects of the account, including margin performance, co-op and promotional funding, and adherence to trade terms.
    • Lead Inventory Forecasting: Create and maintain accurate forecasts for both new and existing SKUs; implement a digital forecasting process to optimize in-stock levels.

    Leverage Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data, metrics, and tools to analyze financial, brand, and shopper trends, driving strategies that maximize market share, sales, and profitability.

    • Develop Category and Customer Strategy: Collaborate cross-functionally to build and execute strategic customer development and category growth plans.

    Enable Internal Collaboration: Share Amazon sales and inventory insights with Product, Demand Planning, Marketing, and Engineering teams to influence broader business decisions. Activate Marketing & Merchandising: Partner with Amazon retail and internal marketing teams to execute campaigns that drive discoverability and conversion across the platform.

    Maximize Brand & Product Portfolio: Leverage the company’s product mix and brand equity to enhance profitability and achieve customer and brand objectives.

    • Support Broader eCommerce Growth: Collaborate with Sales and Account Services teams on other digital retail accounts, aligning strategies to optimize promotions and marketing performance.

    You have: Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical orientation with the ability to identify business trends, uncover opportunities, and resolve issues using data-driven insights. Retail Math Proficiency: Deep understanding of retail metrics and performance drivers; able to effectively communicate using data in presentations to customers and internal teams.

    Sales & Profitability Focus: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales and profit targets, with balanced focus on top-line growth and bottom-line efficiency. Ecommerce Expertise: 5–7 years of direct, hands-on

    experience:

    with Amazon Account Management, sales, or marketplace account management, including 4+ years specifically managing Amazon. Amazon Marketplace Knowledge: Proficiency managing multi-million-dollar Amazon accounts, with deep knowledge of platform mechanics, product flow, and performance optimization. Product Launch

    Experience:

    Proven success launching consumer products across both national and specialty retail channels. Cross-Functional Leadership: Team-oriented mindset with the ability to lead across matrixed teams, influence lateral partners, and drive outcomes collaboratively.

    Strategic Program Development:

    Experience:

    • developing and executing strategic initiatives such as promotions, SMUs, and Direct Import Programs.

    Strong Communication

    Skills:

    Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; skilled at presenting data and ideas clearly to stakeholders across all levels. Project Management: Strong organizational and planning

    in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; proficient in Word and Outlook.

    Experience:

Executional Drive: Ability to motivate internal and external teams to deliver results within tight timelines.
